Finance & business leadership, sized to fit
The right help for your business, not a set package.
Maybe you need a Finance Manager. Maybe an FD. Maybe a CFO. Maybe you just need someone for a few months, a sounding board, or an extra pair of experienced eyes. We don't force you into a set service — we work out what you actually need.
Step 1
What do you need?
Start with what's happening in your business, not with a job title. Pick the one that sounds most like you and we'll show you how we'd help.
Sounds familiar
Our numbers need getting under control
Month-end drags on, the management accounts arrive late (if at all) and you're not completely sure they're right.
How we'd help
A hands-on Finance Manager, a day or two a week, to tidy the books, build a month-end that runs like clockwork and give you reports you can actually use to run the business.
Sounds familiar
Senior financial leadership, without a full-time hire
You've grown. The bank, investors or the board are asking for more, and you need someone senior in the room.
How we'd help
A part-time FD or CFO who joins the leadership team, owns the budget and forecast, manages the bank and investor relationships, and helps shape where the business goes next.
Sounds familiar
Someone for a few months
Someone has left, is on leave, or you're in the middle of a change and can't afford a gap.
How we'd help
An experienced interim who steps in quickly, keeps everything running, fixes what needs fixing and hands over cleanly when you're ready.
Sounds familiar
A sounding board
It can be lonely running a business. You'd value someone experienced to think things through with — in confidence.
How we'd help
Regular time with a board-level executive who has sat in your chair. Straight-talking, confidential, and on your side.
Sounds familiar
Fresh eyes before a big decision
You're selling, buying, raising money or restructuring — or you just have a feeling something isn't right.
How we'd help
An independent review, preparation for investors or buyers, and hands-on support through the deal. We've been on both sides of venture capital sales and acquisitions.
Sounds familiar
Honestly? I'm not sure yet
You just know something needs to change, and you'd like an experienced view.
How we'd help
That's where most of our conversations start. We'll talk it through with you — no charge, no pressure — and tell you honestly what we think you need, even if it isn't us.
Step 2
How can we help? However suits you.
One experienced person who flexes with your business. Start small, scale up when you need more, step back when you don't.
